Job Responsibilities
Lynn assists the Strategic Interdisciplinary Research Office with pre-award proposal submissions in compliance review of non-technical documents, advising faculty with proposal preparations for institutes, and serving as a liaison between departmental staff, project administrative unit staff, and the Office of Sponsored Programs.
Professional Background
Erin comes to Penn State from Southern Utah University where she was the Grant Coordinator for the Aviation Department. In this role, she was the only department level research administrator at the university and managed the entirety of the grant cycle, with duties in research development, pre-award, and post-award. Erin earned her bachelor’s degree in biology from Southern Utah University in 2018 and her Master’s of Interdisciplinary Studies degree with emphases in Communication, Leadership, Non-profit Management, and Public Administration in 2021.
