Instructions
The IACUC Rodent Surgery quiz consists of eight questions. You must achieve a score of 100% on the quiz to earn approval to conduct surgical procedures on rodents at PSU. Your score will be submitted to ORP and ARP offices when you submit the form after completing the quiz questions. If you do not score 100% on the quiz you will be asked to retake the quiz.
