Ryan serves Penn State as a Contract Administrator at the Office of Sponsored Programs. He brings to OSP skills and professional experience from his time employed in the legal field. Ryan returned to Penn State in 2024 in this role after working for the university in academic advising from 2017 to 2021. Ryan graduated with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Penn State Law Dickinson School of Law, a Master’s Degree in Higher Education (M.Ed.) from Penn State World Campus, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree (B.A). in Political Science, Women’s Studies, and Communications from Penn State Altoona.
